Balance Now is a user-friendly app that allows you to easily track the balances of all your accounts. With this app, you can stay informed about your current account balance, giving you valuable insight into your financial situation and helping you avoid exceeding your limit or incurring unnecessary fees.

One of the standout features of Balance Now is its ability to manage up to 12 separate accounts. Whether it's cash, expenses, debit cards, credit cards, checking accounts, or even project costs and vacation expenses, you can track the balance of virtually anything.

Managing recurring transactions is also a breeze with Balance Now. Simply input the amount, next occurrence date, and frequency, and the app will automatically factor those transactions into your account balance on the correct day. You can easily view and edit all your recurring transactions as needed.

The app boasts an intuitive design and a convenient custom numeric keypad. Making entries on Balance Now is as simple as entering the amount and tapping "Add" or "Spend" for debit accounts, or selecting "Spend" or "Payment" for credit accounts. You can also include transaction descriptions by typing them or selecting from a predetermined list.

For those who prefer to maintain an accurate checkbook balance, Balance Now offers an optional pending flag that allows you to mark items that haven't cleared. By doing so, these pending items won't affect the overall account balance, making it easier to reconcile your statement.

Balance Now ensures your data remains secure and easily accessible at all times. With locally stored account files and the ability to lock individual accounts with an optional password, you can have peace of mind knowing your information is protected.

Backing up your account information is effortless with Balance Now. In addition to automatic backups when you back up the app itself, you can also back up all of your account files and recurring transactions to any email address with just a single command. This makes it easy to transfer your information to another device with the Balance Now app installed.

If you have specific transaction descriptions you use frequently, you can customize the description list in Balance Now. This allows you to add new descriptions and remove existing ones, ensuring quick access and efficient tracking of your transactions.

In addition to its many useful features, Balance Now also offers the ability to generate custom reports. You can specify a date range and optionally filter by transaction description or amount. The reports provide detailed information on the date, pending flag, description, amount, balance, and cleared balance. You even have the option to email the report to yourself or anyone else.
